Description
The Memory Spaniel is a soft, gentle keepsake with long ears and a kind face, hand-sewn from the fabrics you send. Many people choose him to remember a beloved dog, made from the pet’s own blanket or from their owner’s treasured clothing, so that a faithful friend can still be part of the family home. Losing a pet is a real loss, and Debbie makes each spaniel with the same tenderness as every memory piece.
His chest is a lovely place for embroidery, perhaps a pet’s name, a date or a few gentle words, stitched in thread colours matched to your fabrics. A flat cap or a smart tie suits him well, and an extra line of embroidery can be added if there is more you’d like to say.
Ordering is unhurried. Place your order first, and Debbie will send instructions for posting your fabrics to her. You’ll receive a photo of your finished spaniel for approval before he is carefully wrapped and dispatched. Two or three items are usually enough; a blanket, a jumper or a soft shirt all work beautifully, on their own or together.
